Interpretation note: NHS App registrations are app registrations, not total GP list size. Headline NHS App uptake uses patients aged 13+ from the latest monthly NHS App extract. The full list size from
rota_practices_adjusted_26.practice_raw is retained as a reference column. Total login events are activity events, so use “logins per app user” as engagement intensity rather than displaying total login events as a percentage. Usage summary and monthly unique-login trend are from different NHS App extract files and may have different reporting periods.
